Who is responsible
This policy covers the website groveslatebrowse.com ("this site", "we"). The data controller is FOGI design s.r.o., Na Louce 1, 267 01 Králův Dvůr, Czech Republic. For any privacy question or request, contact fogidesign@fogidesign.cz.
What data is collected
When you visit, the web server automatically records standard technical information in its log files:
- your IP address;
- browser type and version, and operating system;
- the pages you request and the referring page, if any;
- the date and time of each request, and the server response.
We do not ask you to register; the contact form only sends your message to us by email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary for the site to be delivered securely may be used by the hosting environment.
Third-party websites you reach through outbound links, such as project pages or browser extension stores, have their own cookie and privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.
Third-party services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google's own privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not use any other embedded third-party services.
Why the data is used
- to deliver the pages you request and keep the site working;
- to detect and prevent abuse, errors and security incidents;
- to reply to messages you send us.
The legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website and, for email, taking the steps you asked for by contacting us. We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling.
How long it is kept
Server log files are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless a longer period is needed to investigate a specific security incident. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased;
- object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format where applicable.
To exercise these rights, email fogidesign@fogidesign.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date.
